In this coaching package, we’ll work together to create a realistic plan that helps you reach your goals, whether that’s weight loss, more energy, better digestion, or simply feeling good in your body again. Each session includes weekly check-ins where we’ll review your progress, make adjustments as needed, and work through any challenges together. I’ll also support you in understanding how stress, sleep, and emotional triggers can impact your food choices—so you can build awareness and long-term success.
With over 10 years of experience in fitness and nutrition, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, I bring a science-based, supportive approach to helping you reach your goals.
