This 1:1 fitness coaching session is a space for you to reset, refocus, and get real about your weight loss goals. Whether you’re just starting out or feeling stuck, we’ll work together to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change moving forward.
We’ll start by talking through your current routine, challenges, and what you want to achieve. From there, I’ll create a personalized workout plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and fitness level — something you can actually stick to and feel good about. Whether you’re into gym workouts, at-home training, or something simple to get you moving more consistently, we’ll build it around you.
Nutrition will also be a key focus. We’ll break things down so it’s not overwhelming — just practical, balanced guidance based on what works for your body and schedule. You’ll learn how to eat in a way that supports your goals without having to follow strict rules or cut out the foods you enjoy.
We’ll also spend time talking about the mindset side of things — staying motivated, dealing with setbacks, and making sure your habits support the changes you want to make. Sometimes it’s not about doing more, it’s about doing things differently.
With over 10 years of experience in fitness coaching, a B.S. in Biology, and a background in nutrition and behavior change, I bring a well-rounded approach that’s rooted in both science and real-life experience.
This session is about helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan that feels realistic — not perfect, just doable. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own, and you don’t need to be at a certain level to start. We’ll meet you where you are, and take it from there.
