What to expect
This 60-minute restorative session will incorporate a blend of yoga and meditation designed to relax both the mind and body. Based on your specific challenges and desires, I will create a personalized practice that best supports your needs. The yoga portion will consist of gentle, restorative stretches and postures that promote relaxation and release tension. Beginners are welcome as I will meet you where you are.
Following the yoga practice, we will engage in a guided meditation tailored to your individual goals. You can choose from various guided meditation options, including techniques for letting go of emotions such as fear or anger, cultivating self-love, achieving pure relaxation, attracting abundance, or manifesting a healthy mind, body, and spirit. This holistic approach aims to empower you on your journey to wellness and inner peace.
A restorative yoga and meditation session offers a wealth of benefits that promote overall well-being and relaxation. This gentle practice is designed to help participants unwind, reduce stress, and rejuvenate both body and mind. This also makes it much easier to fall asleep at night.

About me
Before finding meditation, yoga, and healing tools like coaching, I suffered from panic attacks and persistent anxiety and stress, and I did not know how to feel, label, or move through emotions. This impacted my mental, emotional, and physical health, and caused many issues in relationships. When I began meditating, doing yoga, and practicing mindfulness tools 11-12 years ago, it very quickly reduced the stress and anxiety I was feeling on a daily basis, and healed me of all panic attacks.
Since then, I dove deeper into the healing power of meditation, coaching, yoga, practices like energy healing and EFT, even completing two 10-day silent meditation retreats. Through this work, I was able to let go of immense fear, grief, anger, guilt, and other difficult emotions. All of that freed up space was replaced with love, gratitude, acceptance, and compassion. I experienced firsthand how powerful healing your mind, body, and soul can be, and the immense peace and joy it can bring into your life. This work completely changed my life so much so that I devoted myself to sharing it with others and helping people on their own journey.
In order to share this work, I earned my Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Certification, completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Kauai, completed a year-long intensive Mastery Method Coaching certification program, and earned my Prosperity Energy Healing certification. I also received my certification as a Mindful Kids Teacher.
A key component of my work is self-acceptance and self-love, and learning how to move through life’s emotions and challenges with greater ease and grace.
