Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and well-being. This session is designed to help you release tension, restore energy flow, and reconnect with your body’s natural healing processes from the comfort of your own home.
During the session, we’ll begin with a brief conversation to discuss your intentions or any areas of focus, such as stress, physical discomfort, or emotional overwhelm. You’ll then be guided into a state of relaxation while the Reiki energy is directed to you. As a Reiki practitioner, I’ll channel healing energy to your body and energy field, working to clear blockages and restore balance. You may feel tingling, warm or cold sensations, the need to move a specific part of your body, or nothing at all. All of these sensations are a natural result of energy moving through your body. Distance Reiki transcends physical location, making it just as effective as in-person sessions.

I am a certified engagement coach and have three years of experience working with friends, family and other coaches. In addition, I am a certified Reiki healer, level 2, a certified meditation teacher, an empath and tarot reader. I have a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in museum communication from the University of the Arts. All of these experiences allow me to understand people from a variety of perspectives and provide a warm, welcoming environment in which to explore.
