This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and release energy blockages that may be holding you back physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Energy movement focuses on the flow of your life force—or "chi"—within your body. By engaging in mindful practices, you can identify areas where energy feels blocked or heavy and gently encourage it to flow freely. This is not a medical treatment but a holistic approach to supporting your overall well-being and self-healing capacity.
In this guided meditation, you’ll learn to tap into your body’s innate healing power through mindful movement, focused breathing, and visualization techniques. The session begins with a grounding exercise to center your mind and body. From there, I will guide you through gentle movements and energy-focused practices that focus on moving stuck energy within the body to promote balance and inner awareness. The session flows at your pace, creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can let go of tension and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, this practice is accessible to all.
Unlike somatic yoga which uses a structured set of yoga poses to assist in emotional release, this is an intuitive practice, listening to your body and moving how you feel called to move. The benefits of body and energy movement go beyond the session itself. By fostering a deeper connection to your body and its energy systems, you can experience reduced stress, improved emotional awareness, and develop a greater sense of alignment and harmony. This practice supports healing from within, helping to release stagnant emotions, ease physical discomfort, and restore vitality to your daily life.
