Step 3: Small Group Coaching – Support, Accountability & Action
Following your individual coaching session, you’ll join a group of six individuals who are all working towards similar health and nutrition goals. This intimate, collaborative environment fosters accountability, motivation, and shared learning. You can choose between a 6-session or 12-session coaching program, where we will set clear, realistic goals, track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement sustainable nutrition strategies together.
