I know this journey firsthand. At 15, a knee injury set off a chain reaction that later led to persistent back pain in my 20s. Despite multiple rounds of physical therapy, my discs kept herniating—until I finally developed a consistent routine tailored to my body’s needs and surrounded myself with the right specialists. Through trial, error, and expert guidance, I learned how to proactively strengthen, stabilize, and support my body to avoid future injuries. Now, I help others do the same.
