What’s Included:
• Personalized Nutrition: Based on a detailed nutrition analysis of your blood work, pre-plan food log, health appraisal and any health conditions, I’ll prepare nutrition recommendations that truly support your body’s unique needs.
• One-on-One Support: Weekly 30-minute or bi-weekly sessions 15-minute sessions (you decide) after week one will be scheduled to guide you through nutrition modifications, answer questions, and keep you on track.
• Step-by-Step Approach: The first two weeks focus on setting the foundation, followed by four weeks of continued guidance and support to reinforce healthy habits.

Why 6 Weeks?
Research shows that it takes around 30 days to create a new habit. My experience tells me that the first two weeks are crucial for getting organized and comfortable with new routines. The following four weeks solidify these habits, ensuring lasting change.
