What’s Included:
• Personalized Nutrition: Based on a detailed nutrition analysis of your blood work, pre-plan food log, health appraisal and any health conditions, I’ll prepare nutrition recommendations that truly support your body’s unique needs.
• One-on-One Support: Weekly 30-minute or bi-weekly sessions 15-minute sessions (you decide) after week one will be scheduled to guide you through nutrition modifications, answer questions, and keep you on track.
• Step-by-Step Approach: The first two weeks focus on setting the foundation, followed by four weeks of continued guidance and support to reinforce healthy habits.
