I'm a working wife & mother of 2 small boys and I've been in your shoes: burned out, overwhelmed, sensitive to foods groups, dehydrated, unmotivated to work out, putting my family's needs ahead of my own. Thankfully, I found a functional coach who invested time and energy into me to get me to a healthier place with sustainable habits where I could thrive in the areas that mattered most, and that's what I want for you to!
I understand that making changes to one's health can be challenging at first, but by walking alongside you, championing you, listening to you and what you want in your health, I will help empower you to achieve that optimal health you desire! I am passionate about approaching health in a holistic way. Sleep, stress, nutrition, relationships, environment, movement, hydration, finances, they all play a part in a person's overall health and wellness. So no matter your health goals, I'm here to support and guide you.
In our sessions, I'll guide you through the SMART Goal process, helping you identify simple, yet effective habits for optimal health. By the end of our 5 sessions, you will have developed healthy habits that can be incorporated into your daily routine and carried forward into other areas of your life.
What to Expect:
During our video calls, we will work together to come up with sustainable action steps that can help you achieve your best, vibrant self.
In our initial call, I'll do a health assessment and explore current habits and lifestyle. We'll pull back and take a wide-angle view of what your most vibrant self looks like, and then in the following sessions we will zoom in on specific, actionable steps (SMART Goals) you can take that will move you closer to your health goals. I will never tell you what to do. You are the expert of you; I will help you tap into what is important to you, why that's important, and how to help you get there.
Some tools we may use in our sessions include breathwork, Wheel of Well-being, brainstorming, guided meditation, journaling, movement, mantras, scaling measures, action worksheets, and more.
*These sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, whatever works best for your needs and schedule.
