6-Month Nutritional Lifestyle Change Coaching with Shanah

If you are someone who has been working hard to create long term sustainable nutritional lifestyle changes and just haven’t been able to make it work, for one reason or another, I’d love to chat. My area of expertise is assisting those who have tried pretty much everything but still can’t seem to make the desired lifestyle and/or behavioral changes. As someone with a lifelong experiential and educational history with food, I thoroughly understand the dynamics of what the right foods can do for one’s body and whole state of mind.
There are plenty of reasons why people want to create sustainable lifestyle changes, and every one is unique to each of us. We are all bio individual and have unique hurdles and challenges to us.

What to expect in a meeting: This program consists of 2 45-minute calls, twice a month for 6 months, to discuss what has and hasn't worked and create changes where necessary for your overall success. We will dive deeper into the things that have worked really well, as well as the struggles you may be having with your current goals in each call. By playing to your strengths, the challenges you have been enduring may turn on their head and become solutions to the issue instead.
