My coaching program gives us plenty of time to dive deep and uncover the root causes to some of your biggest concerns. This is a truly beneficial program for anyone who wants lasting change in the areas of anxiety and stress management, weight loss, chronic illness, nutrition/dietary shifts, postpartum wellness, perimenopause and more.
We will work together to create a wellness vision that you can come back to again and again, even when our time together is over. I will be there to offer support every step of the way and offer bonus tools such as cycle syncing, visualizations, meditations (both live and recorded) and more.
Includes: 12 coaching sessions, follow ups, check-ins, guided meditations, handouts and other resources to keep you on track. We will meet weekly during the first month before switching to every other week for the remaining 8 sessions.
