Feeling the stress of the 21st century? Who isn't these days! The ancient healing practices of Yoga and Yoga Nidra are the perfect antidote to our stress epidemic. Join me for one hour of bliss, as I guide you through a personalized movement session, followed by a guided meditation.

Yoga Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep" is a form of meditation done lying down. I will guide you through grounding, breastwork, a body scan and a space to rest before helping you come back out of your meditation feeling refreshed and ready for the day. As a practitioner myself, I use Yoga Nidra almost daily to help me maintain my energy levels, immune system health and lower my overall stress.

When combined with gentle, restorative yoga, meditation is even more effective in helping your body to process stress. It has been shown to boost your immune system, aid in cardiovascular and respiratory health, help you remain calm and balanced throughout your day, and fight chronic illness and fatigue. What to expect in a meeting: Our meeting will begin with a short introduction and chat, in which you can let me know if there are any areas of your body that feel tense, tight or in need of attention. Afterwards, I will guide you through about 30 minutes of gentle yoga. Then, you will lie down in a comfortable position (even in your bed since we are virtual!) for your guided meditation.
