My coaching sessions typically involve a mixture of wellness coaching, breath work and meditation, and journaling/mapping. If you love a more dynamic, hands-on approach to coaching, you will really like my sessions! Of course, the idea is to tailor the sessions to meet your needs, so I try to make each session fun and engaging, as I want all my clients to get the most out of our time together. I totally understand the hesitancy to try a coaching session, so I am offering a free 15-30 minute intro session to get you warmed up! I want to make sure my clients feel excited, taken care of, and nurtured in our sessions. Some clients will ask for a yoga class to complement their coaching session, and as long as this is communicated ahead of time, it is totally possible to pair the two together. In fact, some of the most eye-opening, healing, and inspiring sessions have been these combination sessions of coaching and yoga.
As a young woman myself, I grew up in multiple cultures and cities, switched through multiple job and different relationships, so I resonate with anyone who has had to go through different life transitions and am here to help anyone who seeks help in this particular arena. I also specialize in working with young women through their romantic relationships, particularly when it comes to understanding your attachment styles (anxious/avoidant/insecure/mixed) and how they impact your current relationships in positive and negative ways. Instead of pure talk-therapy, I work with women that are interested in learning actual solution-focused tactics that can increase self-awareness and help break unhealthy relationship patterns. My sessions address the root of the problem, and can often feel like a huge emotional release, as I help my clients reach mental clarity and new insights.
