Objective:
To create a welcoming, safe space for first-time clients to share their wellness concerns, gain clarity on their health goals, and begin crafting a personalized self-care and healing plan.
Mapping Your Wellness Priorities (20 minutes)
• Facilitate a discussion around:
• Primary health concerns (e.g., chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, stress).
• Daily habits that support or hinder their wellness.
• Emotional or mental health patterns tied to physical symptoms.
• Interactive Activity:
• Clients fill out a simple Wellness Wheel (e.g., rating areas like nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and joy).
• Identify areas they feel ready to focus on.
Personalized Self-Care Framework (10 minutes)
• Collaboratively outline 2-3 initial action steps tailored to their unique needs, such as:
• A simple self-care ritual to practice daily.
• A nutrition or herbal recommendation.
• A mindset shift or relaxation technique.
