LLIT Coaching LLC (Let's Lose It Together), by Nikki Hines
Meet once a week for 45 minutes via Zoom or Facetime. Phone calls or text sessions are also acceptable, if you do not want to meet (or are uncomfortable meeting) virtually face to face. This package covers one month of weight loss coaching, which offers:
~Initial & ongoing plan creation based on self-assessment, eating and movement habits discussed, and goals for the week.
~Resources shared to create your plan for weekly food goals (may include a shopping list for meals and snacks, or tracking food intake online to share with me).
~Movement plan for the week (let’s figure out how you want to move your body, and decide when it’s happening!).
~Weekly review of successes (small, big, and everything between), challenges, and takeaways that will help you build on your practices for the next week.
~Exploring and identifying motivation, overcoming obstacles/potential barriers which will be discussed and planned for together, creating a new (or continued) plan.
