Ayurveda changed my life and I am so passionate about helping others learn the same. I grew up eating processed foods and meat, and suffered greatly with many health disorders that I eventually brought to balance naturally like anxiety, depression, constipation, insomnia, psoriasis, hair loss, eye issues and so much more.

Ayurveda is 5,000 year old holistic, intuitive health science and a way of life. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and in India they go hand in hand. In this session, your “dosha” or unique body type will be assessed through a series of questions. You will receive a customized health regimen with a food list and meals for your body type, and lifestyle suggestions.

You will learn a little bit about the Ayurvedic cosmology of life, as well as the doshas Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and how they relate to food, weather and times of the day.

What to expect in a meeting: In our first session, I will mainly be asking you questions about yourself like how your digestion is, your sleep, mood, your emotions. You will be able to share anything else that is specifically going on that you would like support with. This is a holistic health sessions, so all topics are valid and can be shared like emotional health, inner child healing, relationship concerns, work issues, life path uncertainty and more. I will follow up our first session with a detailed email with instructions and food & supplement suggestions for you to implement in the next month. One session is very informative and packed with information. Most people require additional support and coaching to help implement these new ways of living so you may also considering some of the longer term packages to see real results! It can be hard for many of us to change old habits. Even when we know what we need to do, somehow we still cannot change. This is why support over extended periods of time truly assist in helping you create new positive lifestyle changes.
