In this session, your unique body type will be assessed and you will receive a customized health regime with food lists and meals for your dosha and lifestyle suggestions. You may receive guidance on a variety of issues like pain, anxiety, depression, digestive issues, aging, hair-loss, hormones, fatigue, joint paint, sleep, exercise, hydration and more.

Ayurveda changed my life and I am so passionate about helping others learn the same. I grew up eating processed foods and meat, and suffered greatly with many health disorders that I eventually brought to balance naturally like anxiety, depression, constipation, insomnia, psoriasis, hair loss, eye issues and so much more.
Ayurveda is 5,000 year old holistic, intuitive health science and a way of life. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and in India they go hand in hand. In this session, your “dosha” or unique body type will be assessed through a series of questions. You will receive a customized health regimen with a food list and meals for your body type, and lifestyle suggestions.
You will learn a little bit about the Ayurvedic cosmology of life, as well as the doshas Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and how they relate to food, weather and times of the day. Further Ayurvedic education and mentoring available.
