  • You already feel very sure and aware of the risks of these products, and would like guidance on good products to buy, easy ingredient changes, and in-depth explanations of the dangers associated with specific toxic and environmentally-unfriendly household items.

  • You already have an idea of what changes that you can make, but find it difficult to switch to eco-friendly and toxic-free items while on a budget.

How I Can Help
During university, from minoring in health and wellness, as well as taking a master's in health psychology,
I have learned the benefits of a holistic lifestyle, which includes environmental health.

Throughout environmental and nutrition courses and labs,
I received a thorough understanding of how toxic ingredients and environmentally-unfriendly household products can effect are health by what we breathe-in or receive through our skin daily. Direct health effects, such as asthma, or in-direct effects by hormonal changes can occur.

During my yoga teaching journey,
my understanding of holistic practices has deepened, allowing me to have a broad awareness of what "healthy" really is, and how toxins in our households and general environments play a role in reducing our wellbeing.

As a recent master's graduate, supporting myself throughout my studies,
I understand the struggle of trying to make a healthy lifestyle with the over-consumerized, luxury wellness industry growing.
Over the years of shopping for my own toxic-free products,
I have aquired loads of tips and tricks to find budget-friendly products.
In addition, I have a perception and knowledge of the natural, real, un-tampered ingredients that can be utilized in a multitude of ways in our households that are simple, easily available and cost-effective.

Booking with me will seperate you from the chaotic, pricey, complicated healthy household world
and transfer you back to the simple health knowledge of pure nature.

Likely, the price of this session will result in great household savings throughout the year.

Session Breakdown
During this 75 minute session,
we will begin with a period of you explaining your personal household circumstances, what your concerns are, what your budget is, and what you would prefer to have guidance on during this session.

Then the remainder of the conversation will switch to your personalized sustainible and toxic-free household guidance.
We will work together to give you an easy path that fits your specific situation: how your household operates, how to stay in-line with your budget, and what fits with your schedule.

The conversation can finalize by any last questions from you, personal feedback (if you would like), and discussion of if you would like any other sessions, or if one session was enough to cover your concerns.
