Nowadays, it is too easy to have so much going on in your life that taking time for yourself can be put on the back burner. Even if it seems like everything is fine, the background noise of life...social media, news, and caring about others, can tug on your emotions in such a constant motion that you are unaware of it. For the most part, unless you live under a rock or in some form of paradise, stress has a way of reaching out like stretching tree limbs to find you.

Striving to make contact, you either receive and release the feeling, or you receive and embrace it. Receiving and releasing is the healthiest route. It's like baseball, football, or soccer, where you get the ball and let it go. The other option, holding on, is where you tell stress it is okay to invite its cousins' depression, sadness, and anger to visit. You then get to embrace more wondering why you suddenly don't feel very enthusiastic about life, or you see the writing on the wall and decide it is time to let go. Either way, the build up is part of what is addressed in this course.

The 21st Century P.E.A.C.E. Techniques method was developed by Dada Ra through over 10 years of international research. Her results include enhancing communication between gangs and police; couples, and individuals, in corporate, educational, and other settings. She has diffused heated; abusive, suicidal, depressed, and illogical situations. While researching and developing, when given time to assess, Dada observed, developed strategies, and steered unhealthy mindsets toward healthy directions. In atmospheres where the tide did not want to turn, there was expressed consideration of the information that was provided, even if it was not totally accepted.

The 21st Century P.E.A.C.E. Techniques (21P)) course shares her method by using very light, easy to understand quantum physics theories to provide evidence of the benefits of altering your perspective and connecting with Universal Law. 21P provides a pathway that connects the dots of us, to each other, Earth, and the Universe. Because it is blueprint information, meaning it does not conflict with other theories, it flows with life. Therefore, it can be used as a foundation, as part of a toolbox, providing tools for aligning beliefs with The Universe we live in.

This course is for individual journeys and for groups wanting to grow together. The format is a combination of individual study with live sessions. Each week there is an intro video, light reading, and a task with a requested option to journal along the way. At the end of each week, there is a session with Dada to discuss your or the group's progress and answer questions.

During week three's session, week five's fun project/ presentation is discussed. This is a perfect course for feeling good, building self-worth, self-awareness, and team building.
