I am a cell biologist and a 200hr RYT.
I aim to create individualized yoga practices, rooted in science, to meet your specific needs and grow with you.
As a migraine sufferer myself, I have developed classes to help alleviate neck tension and headaches.

I am a 200hr RYT and a level II Reiki practitioner with an M.S. in Biology and an interest in Ayurveda. I aim to create personalized, transformative yoga practices and Reiki sessions with a scientific foundation to increase your energy and help manage the stresses of life.
I currently work as a biologist and I have been teaching anatomy-focused and breathwork-focused yoga at all levels for over a year. I have a deep understanding of how bodies move; I previously instructed anatomy laboratory at a university, and I taught dance classes, and even coached little league cheerleading!
