Here's What to Anticipate for Your 6-Week Program:
If you've already established some healthy habits this year and are seeking support and accountability, our first session will focus on reviewing those habits. Together, we'll create a plan that prepares you for any challenges you may face, while also determining how we will keep you accountable for your ongoing success.
For those who are just starting out, our initial session will be dedicated to discussing your goals. We'll identify an actionable step that seamlessly integrates into your holiday routine and develop a strategy to ensure this step evolves into a sustainable habit without disrupting your festive plans.
Regardless of your starting point, your six sessions will last between 30 to 45 minutes and will be held consecutively each week.
