Over the 8 sessions, we will slowly shift your lifestyle to a healthier one, with a reduction of bad habits and an increase in healthy habits.

These sessions look at all-around wellbeing, such as social, emotional, occupational, physical, spiritual, intellectual, financial, and environmental wellness.
The goal is for you to feel satisfied with all aspects of your life on a daily basis, without feeling low energy, burn-out, or unbalanced.
We will work to balance all areas of your life for the ultimate work/life balance with a deep inner body balance including all parts of your physical and mental health.
I will break up the lessons and tips into small, digestible pieces that are easy to follow and understand.
The first sessions will be introductory so that I can have a sense of what you would like help with in order to create the best program structure for you.
Ongoing sessions will be tailored to your specific problems and I will constantly be taking your program responses and feelings into account. We will work together to create your program and I will be helping motivate you with my motivational interviewing skills.
The aim is that you are slowly changing from one session to the next, not having large extremely difficult lifestyle changes forced upon you.
The program will be structured so that by the final session, you feel like you have a completely new healthy lifestyle with your old lifestyle feeling foreign and odd.

What to expect in a meeting:
In each meeting we will begin with going over how you are feeling about what we discussed during the previous sessions and how you are adding the tips into your daily life. You can let me know hwo you are feeling about the program so far, what you are struggling with, and what is going smoothly. For the next part of the session, we will work together to overcome and motivate you through what you are struggling with, and make changes if necessary. I will then add on to the previous teachings and advice with new information that builds on the previous meeting. We will discuss together how best to add these lifestyle changes into your life, how they fit with your goals, and how they will be helpful. For the last part of the session, we will do an overview of what we spoke about and the upcoming "homework". We will then take a moment to schedule our next meeting.
