However, with the successful execution of proper movement mechanics, nutritional discipline, and consistency, the health, wellness, and lifestyle benefits of these practices will pay off and lead to successful weight loss management in which result becomes endless. Often, weight loss is viewed as an intimidating task and one that mystifies many for various reasons. Former experiences, discouragements, and the repeated weight loss and weight gain cycles often effect the psychological of clients with the urge to commit to a weight loss program. In order to improve within each category, Boss Performance values the importance of follow up, interpersonal relationship, and investment into each clients’ individual journey. Movement principles from strength training, stabilization, core strength, mobility, resistance, and more are included within each program. Each session is tailored to the needs of the client to benefit of the individual based on factors specific to their health and weight loss journey. Clients are welcomed and encouraged to schedule meetings and reach out to discuss even more detailed nutritional tips, simple diet brainstorming, and evaluation of progress throughout. Many of the individuals virtually enrolled into the weight loss program complete their sessions wherever they have access and upmost convenience. Due to the nature of weight loss training, many clients use home equipment, open outdoor space, or even schedule and travel to a gym facility nearby to complete live interaction and coaching. No equipment is required, however a list of useful equipment includes but is not limited to; floor mat, dumbbells, kettle bells, body bars, resistance bands, cables, medicine balls, slam balls, yoga blocks, stability pad, physio ball, weight plates, barbells, ez bars, squat rack, bench, platforms , bikes, rowers, elliptical, stairs , battle ropes, and any a variety of other resistance machine or free weight apparatus and equipment. Within your weight loss action plan you should expect to see an increase in energy levels, mobility, decreased stress and better stress management, nutritional benefits, knowledge, and weight loss within this program.
