As an integrative nutrition health coach, I help clients achieve overall wellness by focusing on both diet and lifestyle. I use a holistic approach, considering how areas like nutrition, relationships, physical activity, stress management, and self-care impact health. Instead of focusing solely on food, I guide clients in making sustainable changes that support physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being.

Moreover, I will introduce the VMAPS and SMART models as a roadmap to help my clients achieve their goals.
This program is for anyone who may feel their own limiting beliefs is getting in their way of living a happier life. Together, we identify those beliefs, and find ways to alleviate them. This involves identifying, challenging, and replacing them with empowering thoughts. I will provide a step-by-step guide to overcome those limiting beliefs, and turn them into positive ones. Together we can uncover deep-seated limiting beliefs and provide strategies to overcome them. I also explain how any past setbacks can be part of growth, and how to turn those challenges into opportunities.
I assure my clients that our sessions are confidential in a non-judgmental environment. The initial meeting will be one in which we get to know each other, and the clients' health and wellness goals & objectives. Together, and in subsequent sessions, we can explore the areas that most matter to my clients and work towards achieving their prioritized goals. I help people understand that setbacks are fine, and again a way for us to grow and elevate onto higher standards of living. I introduce strategies to change everyday habits into those that bring about happiness and help us write our own script, rather than looking elsewhere and at external factors. I work with people of all age groups and help people transition into various stages of life.
