Building Healthy Habits with Heather can help you work on your goals toward incorporating healthy practices into daily living to increase overall health and wellness. I have a lifetime of personal experience with yo-yo dieting, self critique and negative self-talk. It wasn’t until I became a health coach and paired that knowledge with my training as a behavior analyst, that I was able to define my personal goals and learn ways of how to achieve them. Now it’s my turn to pay it forward to help others on their journey to wellness.

As your coach, I partner with you, facilitating the discovery of your strengths and enhancing them, while inspiring and empowering you to maximize your unique health and wellness potential. Wherever you are on your journey, know that health and wellness is for everyone and anyone. You deserve love, acceptance, and having your personal needs met. We are so harsh on ourselves, and often act as our own worst critics. These sessions are for women of all shapes and sizes, who have struggled with yo-yo dieting, low self esteem, self worth, or the drive to start living a healthy lifestyle through exercise, diet and/or mental and emotional well-being.

I collaborate with my clients to look at nutrition as well as lifestyle, exercise, career, spirituality and relationships. From there I help with goal setting and behavior change. It can be the simplest of goals from drinking more water, eating more vegetables or making time for self care. Most of us know the foods we should be eating or the things we should do to be healthy, but it’s not always easy. Sometimes you need someone to help support and guide you through the process. I am here to be your personal cheerleader.

By the end of our time together, my goal is that each of my clients knows how to create change, take responsibility and mobilize their motivation to achieve their desired health and wellness goals.
