I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and most recently had the opportunity to compete in the 2020 USA Olympic Trials in the marathon. While I am still training, I have found true joy in helping others develop the strategies needed to reach the best versions of themselves. My mission is to create a safe space for others to process their emotions and discover what they need to feel balanced, healthy, and fulfilled. I believe in the notion that each one of us has a unique potential and purpose, and with the use of strength-based inquiry, positive psychology, and smart-goal setting, I would love to help you discover what that purpose is.
Wellbeing Coaching is an evidence-based practice designed to help you reach your personal health and wellbeing goals. As a National Noard Certified Wellbeing coach, along with my Masters degree in Sport Psychology, I will provide support and accountability to help you reach your goals. Everyone has unique needs and desires when it comes to achieving full body wellness, and I will work closely with you to help identify and overcome any obstacles needed to achieve your ideal self. Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, stress-management, resiliency techniques and more.
