What to expect in a meeting:
In this consultation, we'll discuss your fitness background, goals, and challenges to create a custom 4-week workout plan tailored to you. Together, we will set clear short-term & long-term goals with a realistic timeline that fits with your schedule and lifestyle. I will provide you with personalized weekly workout plans and review each exercise together to ensure you’re heading into each workout confident and prepared. As progress is made, I will adjust your current plan to prevent plateaus, ensuring you continue to make progress. Not only am I here to help as a Certified Personal Trainer, but I’m also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 6 years of full-time nutrition experience. Therefore, we'll also cover pre- and post- workout nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your fitness goals and overall well-being. Feel free to ask questions and share feedback throughout the consultation. We'll conclude by outlining next steps, create an accountability system, and setting a plan for future sessions.
