In my work with clients, we focus on refining their current lifestyle towards one they want most. Lifestyle refinement may include things like simply reducing tech time, increasing outside time, moving in fun ways more often, and eating more fruit. Overtime we build these solid practices to lay a foundation for a better baseline energy level and mood level (signs of less toxicity and more health).

In this 90-minute session, we will focus on co-creating a detox program to fit your current level of commitment and comfortability. Sometimes, before we dive deep into detoxification protocols, we must first get back to the basics. Here I will present many of the basic things to help your body flush out toxins that you can incorporate into your life immediately. In addition to physical detox, you will have the options to detox your mind as well-- meaning restoring your dopamine reserves in the brain to a place where you don't need tons of stimulation just to feel good. We can implement beginner strategies to improve the quality of your sleep as well, because quality sleep is a very effective way to detox.

Once you have chosen what you want to implement into your detox program, we will create a weekly schedule to fit your way of life.
