Struggling with focus, feeling disorganized, and being hyperactive can cause struggles in daily life that feel insurmountable. Like a brick or castle wall that is just exhausting to climb up and over every day. And some days we struggle to start the climb much less struggle with doing the climb. The struggle is real! And there are tools to make the struggle easier.
You and I will work together to gather information about your specific needs, and target areas like time management, organization, taking breaks, chunking, organizing and rotating tasks, giving yourself permission to delay or pass on tasks, and other self-talk needs.
I'm here to support you as you learn and build up these various skills and figure out how to make them fit into your life and work for you.
More about myself: I graduated from Radford University having obtained my Bachelor of Social Work [BSW] degree, and Master of Social Work [MSW] degree. In the past I have held active clinical licenses in Virginia and Washington D.C. Throughout my career, I have obtained training and gained several certifications. I became a certified Chicago Parent Program trainer in 2012, an Internal Behavioral Health Consultant/Coach in 2015, and earned my certification as a CBT Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach in 2024. I have been helping others make the changes they desire through therapy and life coaching, since 2007.
