During the initial assessment (60 minutes), I will review your medical history, food preferences, digestive
symptoms, hormonal profile, current diet, emotional wellness, etc. From this assessment, I will work with you on creating your personalized health and nutrition goals.
After our initial assessment, you can expect a clear and detailed email sent to you - summarizing our call with all the health tips and links to products/ressources you need! All products are extensively researched by me, providing you with the best options out there, taking into consideration cost & accessibility.
After completing an Initial Assessment, a personalized, 2-week (14-day) meal plan will be sent to you. This meal plan will be catered to your individual health and nutrition needs, including food preferences, nutrition requirements, food restrictions, food allergies, cost, and more. Each Meal plan comes fully equipped with recipe cards, serving sizes, and nutritional information.
This personalized meal plan is not meant to be a strict diet plan but acts as a guideline and inspiration.
