And engage in harm reduction and rewards to reduce the behaviors you wish to change and modify them to behaviors and thoughts you are more comfortable with.
More about myself: I graduated from Radford University having obtained my Bachelor of Social Work [BSW] degree, and Master of Social Work [MSW] degree. In the past, I have held active clinical licenses in Virginia and Washington D.C. Throughout my career, I have obtained training and gained several certifications. I became a certified Chicago Parent Program trainer in 2012, an Internal Behavioral Health Consultant/Coach in 2015, and earned my certification as a CBT Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach in 2024. I have been helping others make the changes they desire through therapy and life coaching, since 2007.
