We all KNOW we should eat healthier, eat less, drink more water/fluids, reduce caffeine intake, and exercise. And knowing IS half the battle. But the other half ain't so easy. It's hard to find the time and motivation. We are inundated with facts and ways to do it all. There are exercise fads and crazes, diets, and food fads or cleanses. It's overwhelming and hard to know which direction to go.
This is where you and I come together. I'm here to be a support and aid as you work on the second part of the journey. Taking the knowledge and putting it into motion. We'll sort through the facts you think you know, go over some general information that is more accurate, and support and build your motivation up. We'll also talk about how to exercise safely, how to listen to your body, talk to your doctor, and see what diet and nutrition changes you really need. To top it off we'll also discuss healthy eating, portion control, and better snacking. Fun fact: better snacking does not mean giving up our sweets and candies.
So are you ready to begin some health and life coaching, learning, skills-building, and have support around weight management and exercise? If yes, then my goal with you is to start or maintain your healthy eating & weight management journey. While also working on starting or maintaining your exercise journey. Knowledge, mindfulness, and support are here for you.
