Substances can be a source of enjoyment in social settings and relaxation at home. And they can also end up as barriers to our daily lives too. Having negative impacts on social interactions, health, work, and daily life functioning.
So, if you're here then some part of you wants to explore change. And I'm here to support and aid that. This is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE! And I do want to remind you that you aren't alone in this space. I am willing and glad to aid you with identifying needs, building skills, and helping you begin or maintain your substance use reduction schedule and journey.
Again let me stress this is a safe place to work on Substance Use Reduction via the Harm Reduction model, engage in skills-building, and have support. The goal is to start or maintain your substance use harm reduction journey. You don't have to do it alone.
