Some days are filled with sunshine, rainbows, and sparkly unicorn poop. These days we feel great, in control, like we can handle everything life wants to throw at us. And while we want those days to be every day, the reality is that these are not the norm. And for some of us, these are the exceptions to the rule.

And while it may feel like you have a personal rain cloud dragging down your mood, or are always a nervous wreck. It doesn't have to feel like you have no skills to respond with and helps you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions. That's where these coaching sessions come in. You and I will team up and engage using CBT and Mindfulness Life Coaching. Our focus will be on building sustainable skills to use when struggling with symptoms of depression and/or anxiety. Your journey has care and support.

More about myself: I graduated from Radford University having obtained my Bachelor of Social Work [BSW] degree, and Master of Social Work [MSW] degree. In the past I have held active clinical licenses in Virginia and Washington D.C. Throughout my career, I have obtained training and gained several certifications. I became a certified Chicago Parent Program trainer in 2012, an Internal Behavioral Health Consultant/Coach in 2015, and earned my certification as a CBT Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach in 2024. I have been helping others make the changes they desire through therapy and life coaching, since 2007.
