Ayurveda is a powerful ancient system of healing rooted in India. This science is rich in knowledge of how physical lifestyle, mental and emotional health, and spirituality come together to provide balance and optimal health for everyone.

Unlike western medicine, Ayurveda does not follow a 'one-size-fits-all' model. Instead, Ayurveda believes that each person has a specific blend of qualities (based on the elements of earth, fire, water, air, and space) that are in a natural alignment to them, and much of disease begins when this delicate balance starts to go off balance. This can be caused by a myriad of reasons that include our modern-day lifestyle, stress responses, deep-rooted emotional issues, and incorrect diet and exercises.

My goal is to learn about you specifically and create a customized plan to bring you back into balance so you are living your life at full vitality and in complete balance.

In our first session, I will:
* Provide an overall explanation of Ayurveda and how utilizing its concepts can and will foster immense positive change in your life.
* I will learn about you and understand your general current lifestyle and any particular health goals you would like to focus on, whether that's emotional or physical or often times both.
* I will then assess your natural state and create a customized plan for you to follow (complete with diet recommendations, lifestyle/exercise recommendations, and herbal remedies) and answer any questions you may have.

In our second session, we will:
* See how you are feeling physically and emotionally and discuss any changes you have noticed.
* Answer any questions or make alterations to your plan based on your feedback.
