In this session we will look to unravel some of the mysteries around the different methods of training out there, and identify how a Strength training plan can help you achieve your goals. We will dive into what Macro, Meso, and Micro cycles are, what support you may need to tackle a ST plan, and come up with a comprehensive 6,8, or 12 week plan designed just for you.
If your goals include weight loss, muscle tone, physique changes, functional movement and mobility, increased muscle and strength, healthier aging or any combination of these- then strength training IS for you.
