My name is Jess and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) who specializes in guiding individuals to feeling their best self. Whether you are struggling with digestive issues, low energy, major stress, or simply want to work on eating a healthier diet, I am here to help.
Let's get to know each other and talk about your current health habits to see where there is room for improvement. To get started with this 3 month program, we will set up a 1-on-1 call through phone or zoom (your preference) and discuss your health goals. I will follow up by sharing comprehensive intake paperwork with you through my practitioner platform, Nutri-Q, and we will set up another call to discuss your responses.
From there, we will set up weekly calls to discuss recommendations tailored to you to help achieve those goals, and I will be consistently checking in with you to hold you accountable. This program will include numerous recommendations that you can implement each day, including:

Foods to remove from your diet
Supplements you can take (optional)
Grocery shopping tips & how to source food
Exercise & movement
Stress management
Sleep quality tips
& so much more...
