I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I obtained my certification as a health coach. I have continued my education with certifications in Ayurvedic nutrition and have plans to complete courses in somatic therapy and pranayama (diaphragmatic breath work) after graduating as a holistic nutritionist practitioner this fall. My ongoing education ensures that I bring the latest knowledge and techniques to our sessions.
