One on One Personal Training with Christina

Get ready to jump start your fitness journey to the next level with 6 30-minute, one-on-one virtual personal training sessions! These sessions are designed to bring the expertise of a personal trainer directly to you, wherever you are.

During each session, you will work one on one with me, a certified personal trainer who will customize a workout plan specifically tailored to your goals, abilities, and preferences. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular fitness, or achieve a specific athletic goal.

New clients will complete a health history questionnaire and partake in a complementary 30 minute assessment prior to starting their 6 session series. From there, I will design a workout program that targets your individual needs and pushes you towards your desired results.

Throughout the sessions, I will provide real-time feedback, correction, and encouragement to ensure proper form and maximize your workout efficiency. I will also introduce new exercises, techniques, and variations to keep your workouts challenging and exciting. With my expert guidance, you'll be able to safely and effectively progress towards your fitness goals.

In addition to the live sessions, you will have the opportunity to connect with me offline for questions regarding your independent homework (if recommended). I will be available to answer your questions, provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits, and help you stay motivated and focused between sessions. You'll also have access to resources and materials that will further enhance your fitness journey.

The 6 session series is intended to be scheduled on a consistent frequency of either 1x, 2x or 3x per week (depending on my recommendation and your availability). No matter your fitness level or previous experience, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself.
