This Virtual YogaLates class blends the mindful movements of yoga with the core-strengthening exercises of Pilates, creating a harmonious fusion that nurtures the mind-body connection. Every class ends with a yin/restorative sequence to release tension in the fascia, addressing a key component that is often neglected thus leading to injury later on in life.

YogaLates in a nutshell:
Core-Centric Yogalates: Focuses intensely on strengthening the core muscles (abs, back, glutes), using the limbs as an extension of the core, through a series of Pilates exercises combined with yoga postures. It aims to improve core stability, posture, and overall body awareness.

Energizing Yogalates: Designed to invigorate the body and mind, this class incorporates flowing sequences inspired by Vinyasa yoga, combined with Pilates exercises aimed at toning and strengthening muscles. It's great for improving circulation and boosting energy levels.
