What is Total Wellbeing Transformation Coaching and what do YOU get out of it?
Total Wellbeing is a form of deep health or overall health. With Total Wellbeing Coaching I help you overcome the challenges in your life and obstacles that are in your way while guiding you and supporting you on your way to becoming who it is your truly meant to be at heart.
I help you discover who your ideal future self is and then we set up an action plan to put you on your path to success. Areas of focus include but are not limited to awareness, exercise, proper nutrition for your body, hydration, sleep, emotional poise and self regulation, behavior change, and spiritual wellbeing.
What you will gain as a result of Total Wellbeing Transformation Coaching:
Mental Clarity, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing, the power of Intention Setting, a Nutrition plan that works for you and your body, the importance of Proper Hydration, an Exercise Routine, a Growth Mindset, and Sustainability.
You will learn the science behind behavior change and you can use it to help you make the changes you truly desire in life.
The results of Total Wellbeing Transformation are life changing. You decide what Total Wellbeing means to you. You are in charge of your future ideal self. I help you get there as your coach, guide, and mentor.
We will check in with each other in between sessions to ensure you are getting all the support and guidance that you need. I will be your personal support system all the way through your Total Wellbeing Transformation journey.
Total Wellbeing Transformation Coaching sessions can be set up to meet your needs. At times when starting coaching you may want to meet once a week. Once you start building a foundation you may want to schedule bi-weekly session. When you get to the point of sustainability 3 weeks in between sessions is ideal. It gives you time to work on your goals and see results.
What makes me qualified to help you?
I went on my own self discovery journey alone so I know what it's like. I know how you may feel at times. I knew I wanted true happiness in my life, the feeling you get from inside, not materialistic items.
I became a Fitness Instructor because I know the importance of exercise and it can be enjoyed. Really, it can!
I then became Certified as a Nutrition Coach understanding the importance of whole foods and proper nutrition.
I came across HeartMath and just had to become a HeartMath Mentor. This is such a easy, intuitive skill to have. I love teaching others how to build personal resilience. Heart Focused Breathing is a game changer when it comes to anxiety, awareness, emotional regulation, and so much more.
Lastly, I wanted to hone in on my Coaching skills so I became a Master Health and Wellness Coach.
Innately I am very empathetic, compassionate, non judgmental and have a true desire and passion to help others become who they are truly meant to be through Total Wellbeing Transformation Coaching.
