Bilingual sessions available in English and Spanish (the app is only available in English at the moment, but sessions can be conducted in Spanish).
Engagements Overview
Daily Activities:
- Personal Homepage/App Access: Every day, clients log into their personalized "Today" page, which provides them with specific actions tailored to that day. This includes:
- Workout: If aligned with their goals, a daily workout is provided to help improve physical health and fitness.
- Daily Action and Reflection: A small, manageable task designed to build skills and improve habits, accompanied by a personal reflection to encourage mindfulness and personal growth.
Weekly Check-Ins:
- 4 Live Virtual Coaching Sessions: Each week, clients participate in a live virtual session with their coach to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Educational Lessons: 1-3 short audio or reading lessons delivered each week to cover important topics between coaching sessions, ensuring continuous learning and engagement.
Weekly/Biweekly Introduction of New Skills and Habits:
- New Habits: Every two weeks, clients are introduced to a new habit to practice. This gradual approach helps clients build sustainable habits over time, reinforcing their journey toward lasting health and wellness.
Monthly Updates:
- Progress Tracking: Clients are encouraged to upload a photo at the beginning of each month to visually document their progress, though this is completely optional and based on client comfort.
- Supermarket Support: A unique text-based grocery store walk-through is provided monthly. This session is designed to help clients make smarter, healthier food choices, reinforcing the educational components of the coaching with practical, real-world applications.
