This guide will help you understand portion sizes, daily targets, and how to balance your meals effectively.

  • Meal Ideas: Along with your macro guide, you will get a list of meal ideas.

To ensure a focused and productive meeting, please find a quiet space where you can engage without distractions. We may use screen sharing to discuss portions and plans, so joining on a device where you can easily see and interact with the content would be ideal. If you have any accessibility needs or prefer the session in English or Spanish, just let me know beforehand. The session will last between 60 to 80 minutes.
