During the first month, we will focus on eating healthy, not only to prepare you for lifelong healthy eating habits, but to clean up what is no longer serving your body. By optimizing nutrition and digestion, and by adding a little more movement into your life, you will soon start to notice better skin, a leaner body, more energy, and decreased inflammation. During the second month, we will work on the emotional aspect of healing the body. Through stress management techniques, we will address stress by calming the nervous system. During our third session, we will redefine success and happiness, work on discovering your unique gifts and abilities and improving relationships, social interaction and life pursuits.
