Energy healing (Reiki, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch) all work on the premise that beyond our physical bodies are our energy bodies (or in Chinese medicine it would be called Chi or life force energy).
Just as our bodies become out of balance, so does our energetic bodies. This is caused by stress, illness, trauma- there are many factors that contribute to these imbalances. However, Energy healing can gently rebalance and realign this "life force energy" and promote better moods, more relaxation and more energy.
I use my intuition combined with my knowledge of Reiki and Healing Touch to help promote healing and rebalancing as I work on you.

What to expect in a meeting:
In a relaxed state, I will assess your biofield (otherwise known as your energy body or auric field) and send distance reiki to the sights of imbalance that I intuitively sense, then I will give any insights that I have received. I will then ask from the client for any areas of pain or discomfort that I have not touched on and rebalance those areas with reiki energy for rebalancing and healing.
