During our call I will cover nutrition basics: calories & their role in human function, the 3 macronutrients and their vital roles and how they comprise calories, different sources of each macronutrient, how to correctly read a nutrition label, how to correctly use a scale, reverse weighing, weighing cooked vs raw food, how to correctly track macros, TDEE: BMR, NEAT, TEF, calorie maintenance, surplus, and deficit, debunk common myths, and I will show set your maintenance calories, surplus calories, or deficit calories depending on what your specific goal is (gain weight, body recomposition, or lose weight). I will also provide the information that we discuss during the call via email along with some freebies to help you with this new lifestyle change.

I will finish the call with having you track on a FREE app for a certain amount of time and after getting an idea of your average calories from the food and drink that you consume I will set your calories based off of your specific individual goals: weight loss, gain, or body recomposition.
