Body Recomposition with Sara, 90 day training package with Sara

Body recomposition is the process of losing fat while also gaining muscle. It is often recommended for those who are somewhat new to fitness training because there is a higher success rate in a shorter period. In this body recomposition training package, you will receive one-on-one personal training, a personalized training plan that changes throughout the 90 days based on your progress and needs, and general nutrition knowledge, and advice. This will all be done completely virtually through weekly Zoom meetings.

At the beginning of the program, and then once every month, we will do movement assessments to get an idea of your readiness for certain types of exercises and your progress throughout the program.

During our first meeting, we will get to know each other, discuss why you chose this progam, work together to create a SMART goal, and discuss barriers to achieving this goal and how to mitigate these. With your goals, barriers, and movement assessment in mind, I will create a body recomposition training plan and send it to you via email.

Every week we will meet via Zoom to discuss your progress and any barriers you are facing. We will tweak the training plan so that it works for you and we will continue to discuss nutrition and overall well-being throughout the process. After 8 weeks we will revisit the training plan and add in new exercises to keep it interesting and engaging. The entire program will run for 90 days from when you begin the training plan. After 90 days we will have a final meeting and celebrate your successes!

After this, I will design a training plan and send it to you. For the remaining 90 days in the package we will meet weekly and discuss progress, barriers. and make any changes to the program. Every month we will do another movement assessment.
