As a mom and a health coach, I know the importance of both! I have spent the last five years really focusing on how to be the healthiest mom I can be while taking what I have learned and applying that to my clients.
I have always been in the health and fitness field from undergrad to grad school to working for different health business to creating my own business. I have taken all of that education and experience to build programs for moms that need extra support to reach their health and wellness goals.
This 1:1 coaching package will consist of 4 sessions. Once a week for a month.
1st Session: Creating Goals + Action Plan. We will discuss your current nutrition and exercise goals. Goal setting will align with the SMART goal approach. In addition, we will create an action plan for the month. We will discuss probable events that might interfere with reaching each your goals.
2nd Session: Nutrition. We will discuss the importance of eating a varied diet. We will go over best practices to structure a healthy eating plan that is customized to you. We will discuss and array of current event topics and visit some truths and myths surrounding healthy eating.
3rd Session: Exercise. We will dive deeper into the practice of moving your body with purpose and how you should move your body after having a baby. We will explore different fitness programs such as HIIT, strength training, cardio, walking, and yoga/pilates.
4th Session: Sleep and Hydration. We will explore the benefits of rest through both actively planning it and through nightly sleep. In addition, we will talk about the key to hydration, how to reach your daily intake and how both are critical reaching health goals.
After each lesson, we will revisit your monthly and weekly goals and see how you are doing. I will answer any specific concerns, celebrate milestones and we will discuss any specific needs that are pertinent.
1:1 sessions can continue on an as needed basis.
