In each session I will show you how to build the arms of your dreams! Men AND women should tap into this awesome breakdown on building sculpted arms! We will cover numerous aspects for SUPERIOR arm development.
First we will cover varying arm angles to make sure we are developing the entire muscle group. Next, we will discuss the pros and cons of both machines and free weights. I will also include resistance band information for those who prefer. After that, we will go over frequency as well as rep and set ranges. Up next will be proper nutrition in order to feed those new strong, sculpted arms. Finally we will discuss supplementation; what to take and when.
