As a personal trainer and experienced health professional, I know that starting a workout plan, especially online, may feel like a lonely venture. With my clients, I stress a very professional and communication based relationship. With our future workout plan, will come 24/7 communication via phone call, zoom, facetime, etc. That is if you have any questions, concerns, questions regarding nutrition, or just simply need motivation. Weekly check-ins at the end of each week are required. Nutrition guidance is also provided in our program. I have experience and knowledge with goals pertaining to functional strength, muscle building, weight loss, longevity, health maintenance. Programming for individuals needing help training for marathons, half-marathons, 5k, and 10k races are available and encouraged. Athletic populations are welcome. Our first initial session is a FREE OF CHARGE consultation and SMART path goal setting appointment that will allow us to set attainable, realistic goals while also finding barriers and strategies to maintain exercise program adherence. After our initial consultation, I’ll provide weekly workout regimens tailored to you based on our consultation session and I can offer pre-recorded videos demonstrating and explaining each movement and why you need to complete it. If you need help or live instruction during your sessions, you can let me know and I’ll find time to do so. Keep in mind I hold all of my clients accountable and that’s why I need you to utilize each check-in and be as honest and upfront with me as possible about progress and setbacks so we can always adjust the program accordingly. Failure is part of the process and needs to be embraced.
